Lessons Learned from Parking Wars

Filed under: Lessons • Comments: None

One of the most valuable lessons from Parking Wars is just that everyone has a sense of entitlement. Even when there is absolutely no reason why; they still think they should be the exception. They always say “but I was just gone for a minute”, or “I was coming right back”, or “I left my car running”. Just once I would love to see someone say “I deserve that”. They always threaten to sue even though US Business Lawyers probably wouldn’t ever touch it. Instead, they talk about how unfair Philadelphia is.

How to Talk About Jail

This is something that I’ve noticed on The Mob Wives. Oftentimes referring to their husbands, especially in front of their kids they don’t talk about where there husband actually is. Instead, they just tend to say “He went away”. It’s almost magical when they say it like that and I understand their need to protect their children, I just think that’s a very funny way of putting it.

The Signature Online Dating Episode

Filed under: Lessons • Comments: None

It seems like every single episode of reality TV has a common theme, besides the long curly hair. There seems to be one episode where whoever the main character is decides to try online dating and it never goes over well. One of the funnier versions was on Mob Wives last week with Renee literally yelling at the laptop. Sometimes the graphics on the show make it look like you’re seeing it through a high powered camera lens, although at first I thought maybe it was a bushnell legend scope. I guess it’s supposed to mimic the FBI watching them all the time but I don’t think it fits in with the rest of the show. I guess online dating does have a dramatic element to it whether you are on reality TV or not.
