Sure, we all know that money is one of the biggest causes of divorce. However, it’s very interesting to see what couples actually fight about. Last night there was a couple who was going to the mat over the issue of a formal dining room. The wife had it in her head that it was just to be used for Thanksgiving Dinner. Occasionally you could sit in one of the armchairs and look at the table but you can’t sit in one of the dining room chairs and look at the table. She’d probably be happier if she had pictures of it on an SD card so you didn’t actually have to be within ten feet of the table to see it.

I know a lot of families like this although this was an extreme case. I even know a lot of people who don’t like the fact that they don’t use their formal dining room often enough. This woman was very proud that it was just once a year. How often do you think formal dining rooms should be used?
