The Office Season Finale

Filed under: Relationship Lessons • Comments: None

Ok so this is a spoiler if you haven’t seen the Office season finale, but you will be want to spoiled, trust me. It looks like Jim & Pam are pregnant. It was an unexpected event, well as far as I know. Jim reacted exactly the way every woman would’ve hope. He was so excited & happy & didn’t express a second of regret or being overwhelmed. He didn’t even act confused, he was just insanely happy.

I don’t know if this will be the moment that the show jumps the shark. I don’t know how they will work a kid into the storyline. I just know that Jim & Pam’s baby is the only child on the universe that I’d actually want to babysit. I’m going to vote for it in the imaginary cutest fictious baby ever contest. Heck, I’ll even start the contest just so I can vote for it.

Are they really friends?

Filed under: Lessons • Comments: None

I really have no idea how the Real Housewives of New York City accomplish any filming. Granted, the episodes they do shoot are full of cat fights. I’m just mystified that any of them can even be in the same room together. They all just constantly blog behind each other’s backs and say nasty things to the press about each other. The two part reunion special was a real hoot. They got into fights about who was a girl’s girl and if Luann should’ve confessed about her marital problems instead of acting like a Countess all season. I wish they’d reveal the real truths like if any of them use Phenphedrine.

They will all just have to go to the same parties and interact with each other next season. I think that Bethenny, the Countess, & Jill genuinely like each other even though they have their blow ups. I think that Kelly is just there to be famous & Ramona likes to fight with people. Alex just seems lost in that group of women. The show is full of complicated relationships between people who don’t know how to be true friends. They are constantly forced to be friendly both by the show, viewers, and their social circles.

Just buy them a car already

Filed under: Lessons • Comments: None

I was watching “Who’s Wedding is it Anyways?” The wedding planner always acts like it’s impossible to work with any budget, no matter how high it is. A bride had an $80,000 budget which she was paying for all by herself without any help from her family. She wanted a small wedding for only 100 people. That’s $8,000 per guest. Why not just buy all of your guests a car? They will remember that long after your $15,000 flowers have wilted. If I was going to spend that much money on a wedding I would give wholesale tvs as wedding favors.
