Usually just watching the Martha Stewart Show has me grateful that I don’t cook much because then I’d need serious weight loss pills. There is something about that woman that just always makes me feel inferior. Maybe it’s the fact that she has her own hens so she always has fresh eggs for baking. I had to laugh when I was watching her Christmas special. She excitedly pulled out an entire box of plain, cheap gift bows. You know the ones that look like this:

She then proceeded to cut them up & tell the audience that now they looked like poppies. They really just looked like cut up bows. Martha was absolutely delighted when she demonstrated how to pull off the paper backing so you can easily stick it to your present with the self adhesive backing. Apparently, she was the only one alive who didn’t know this. Overall, it was a weird segment. She must be trying to get her own line of gift bows or was stinting for Kmart.
