If my brain was as reliable as a memory stick I would be able to recount every detail of the holiday episodes on the hit tv show FRIENDS. I know that they seemed to focus more on Thanksgiving than on Christmas. Here are just a few things that I learned from the FRIENDS Thanksgivings.

1. Even if you love each other more than anything, a game of touch football will turn violent.
2. There will always be one person in charge of Thanksgiving no matter how many people try to help.
3. Don’t leave an expensive box of china on a chair.
4. Don’t invite long lost high school friends that used to have a crush on your ex girlfriend to dinner, even if they are Brad Pitt.
5. There is no meat in a traditional English trifle.
