I’ve learned a lot from watching the show Amazing Wedding Cakes on WE. They follow different high end wedding cake shops. Here are just a few of the lessons I’ve learned:

• If you make a Gothic looking woman only create white, pearlizied wedding cakes, she will get angry.
  
• Delivering a tiered wedding cake in a New York City taxi is not fun.
  
• I always think of certain cities in California as being obsessed with weight, clothes & the perfect acne treatment. I know that a lot of people don’t eat carbs there. Yet, they still order these huge, elaborate cakes that I doubt anyone can eat. I guess tradition trumps diet.
